Each Thursday at 1:00 pm Rainbow Cinemas is host to Movies For Mommies where Moms, Dads and grandparents too can see the latest movie with their infant aged 0-18 months. Movies are screened for reduced sound (volume) to protect babies ears and lights are dimmed but not dark, allowing parents to enjoy the movie in a casual and relaxed setting. There is a change table outside the screening room and ample room for stroller parking.

Do you have a toddler (aged 2-5) at home who is too old for Movies For Mommies? Visit Rainbow Cinemas once a month to experience shows at the cinema. All programs are 60 minutes in length and run with reduced sound. Lights are also dimmed so it’s not too dark and scary.

Kick start your weekly workout at THE CENTRE with our new Shop 'n Stroll Program!  It's a workout that turns your stroller into a portable fitness machine and takes baby along for the ride.  These FREE classes consist of power walking combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the mall environment with the last 15 minutes devoted to socializing for moms/dads and songs for baby.  Dad's welcome too!

Join us, it's FREE!  Weekly classes are held Mondays 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
