Walking Club
Join our walking club and get fit. The Centre offers a climate controlled environment for you to walk Monday to Friday 7am to 10am. Sign up at the Guest Services desk and receive a brochure to help you get started. After you've completed your walk for the day, mark your kilometers in the binder at Guest Services to keep track of your progress. Note: If you walk from Zellers to Smitty's and back to Zellers, it is exactly 1km.

Seniors Club
The last Thursday of every month is Seniors day. The Centre and Shoppers Drug Mart work together to bring you coffee, treats and information regarding a healthier you.

Mother's Room
The Mother's Room  is open next  to Mariposa  on Tuesdays from 1 – 4 p.m. This program provides a forum for new moms to come in and receive breastfeeding support, consult with a lactation consultant, have their baby weighed and get questions answered by professionals.
